Rental Policies
& Requirements
We’re excited to help you throw an unforgettable party! Our rental program is designed to be simple and stress-free. Please review the information below so everything goes smoothly on the day of your event.
How the Rental Process Works:
Step 1: Reserve Your Rental
Rentals may be reserved online or by phone. We recommend booking early, especially during spring, summer, and holiday seasons.
Step 2: Pickup at Our Warehouse
All rental equipment is picked up at our Denton, TX warehouse. You will receive pickup instructions and a scheduled pickup window prior to your reservation date.
Step 3: Instruction & Demonstration
When you arrive, we will personally walk you through setup and operation of the equipment.
You will also receive:
Written setup instructions
Video instruction links for reference during your event
No prior experience is needed.
Most customers are comfortable operating the equipment after a few minutes.
Step 4: Enjoy Your Event!
Take the equipment to your party, follow the setup instructions, and have fun!
Step 5: Return the Equipment
After your event, simply return all equipment and accessories at your scheduled return time.
Pickup Requirements:
To pick up rental equipment, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Present a valid photo ID
- Provide a credit card to be kept securely
on file for the duration of the rental
The person picking up the equipment is responsible
for the equipment until it is returned.
Foam Cannon Rental Requirements:
- Access to a standard garden hose connection
- Access to a dedicated grounded electrical outlet (standard household outlet)
- A minimum operating area of 20 ft x 20 ft
Snow Machine Rental
Requirements:
Access to a dedicated grounded electrical outlet
The snow effect is designed for outdoor use. While the snow solution evaporates quickly, surfaces may become damp during operation.
General Rental Rules:
Equipment must not be modified or altered in any way.
Do not leave equipment unattended while operating.
An adult must supervise equipment at all times.
Equipment should not be used during lightning,
severe weather, or high winds.
Customer is responsible for loss, theft,
or damage beyond normal use.
All components, hoses, power cords,
and accessories must be returned.
Late returns may result in additional rental charges.
Cancellations & Weather:
We understand weather
can change plans.
Prior to pickup, rentals may be
rescheduled (based on availability).
Severe weather may qualify for a rain check.
No-shows or same-day cancellations
may be non-refundable.
Contact us as soon as possible if you
think weather may impact your event.

How does the rental process work?
It’s simple!
1. Reserve online or by phone
2. Pick up your equipment at our Denton warehouse
3. We show you how to set everything up and run it
4. You take it home and run your party
5. Return the equipment after your event
We also send written instructions and a quick setup video so you can reference it anytime during your event.
Is the equipment difficult to operate?
Not at all. Most customers are surprised how easy it is.
Our rental equipment is designed for first-time users — no technical experience required.
If you can plug in a cord and turn a knob, you can run it.
Setup typically takes 5–10 minutes.
What if I forget how to set it up?
No problem. You will receive:
• Hands-on training at pickup
• Printed instructions
• A step-by-step video guide
• Phone support if you need help
We make sure you’re comfortable before you leave.
How much foam/snow does it make?
A lot 😄
The foam cannon produces a large pile of foam continuously and can easily fill a backyard play area.
The snow machine creates a realistic falling snow effect — perfect for photos, parties, and holiday events. For snow, you generally want to adjust the output to where it is evaporating as it hits the ground, so you don't have to deal with accumulation.
Both machines come with approximately 2 hours worth of solution. If you are planning a larger event, we do have additional solution available for purchase if you want to truly make the most out of your 24-Hour rental!
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is 24-hours. Pick it up one day and return it the next. However, we do offer some extended rental options as well. If you are interested in information on those options, just shoot us a message.
Where do I pickup the equipment?
Our rentals are available for pickup from our warehouse, located in Denton, Tx on Mingo Rd. Pickups and dropoffs are done by appointment, but we generally have appointments available from 7:00am CST until 7:00pm CST.
Who can pick up a rental?
The renter must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Present a valid photo ID
• Have a credit card on file
Do I have to clean it before returning?
No deep cleaning required.
We simply ask you to:
• Turn the machine off
• Drain remaining solution (we’ll show you how)
• Pack it the same way it was given to you
We handle full cleaning and sanitizing.
What happens if the equipment stops working?
VERY RARE — but if it happens, call us immediately.
We will troubleshoot with you and get it taken care of.
Our equipment is commercial-grade and tested before every rental.
